Red Tent Monthly Gatherings

Red Tent Bournemouth presents our monthly gatherings for women of all ages. This is a place where women are supported, nurtured, and heard. It is a safe and sacred space honouring our journey as women. In the Red Tent we are all sisters. Red Tent Monthly Gatherings are open to everyone who has ever menstruated.

The Red Tent welcomes you as you are. Come. Be nurtured and supported on your journey.

Red Tent Monthly Gatherings begin at 6.30pm. We start with half an hour in the cafe for drinking a cup of tea, having snacks and socialising. The circle starts at 7pm and lasts about three hours.

Cost: £10 per person

Red Tent Bournemouth Workshops

We also invite other women to share their skills, knowledge and creativity with the women in our community. We have held Five Element's Dance sessions, Creative Flow workshops and Sound Baths.

The Women's Quest Apprenticeship

I completed an apprenticeship with Alexandra Pope following a leadership training for women based on a female model of development which is the menstrual cycle and the psychological and spiritual developmental journey from menarche to menopause and beyond. This is an evolving professional field called Menstruality which is vital for women's health.

This apprenticeship is enabling me to work with girls and women of all ages to assist them with issues from menarche (first period) to birth and motherhood to menopause and the years beyond.

Homeopathy is powerful in helping women's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health but adding cycle awareness into the mix powers up this healing, and empowers and enriches women's lives in so many ways in terms of physical wellness, creativite potential and spiritual fulfilment.
